Have you ever wondered what's inside an eyeball and how it works? Use real tools to dissect a cow's eye in this squishy, slippery, and totally "eye-opening" one-hour workshop. Each pair of participants receives one cow eye for dissection.

Robots | For families with children ages 10 & up.

Catch our fabulous Science of Fireworks show on the Gadget Stage, then deepen your experience with the Science of Fireworks You YOU Try It! Workshop, including a take-home experiment and a scientific ice cream treat! Finally, join COSI on the front lawn for an up-close view of Columbus’ Red, White, & Boom spectacular! Price includes parking at COSI for the evening.

Parents' Night Out
Summer Takes Flight Evening Program at COSI | For kids ages 5-14
Friday, August 13, 2010, 6:00pm – 10:00pm
Parents, go out on the town (or have fun at COSI's Titanic evening for adults only) while your kids ages 5–14 learn the science and engineering of flight, have dinner, and design and test their own aircraft.
COSI Members: $40 for the first child ($15 additional child)
