| COSI's Character Quest - Mascot Contest - Official Contest Form & Rules Summer 2007 COSI needs your help creating a new mascot! Download the official contest entry form from www.cosi.org and draw what you think the character could look like for your chance to win! Entries will be judged in age categories (1-6, 7-12, 13-17, and 18+) by an unbiased panel, with exciting prizes from Pepsi for the top entries in each category including a $1000 VISA gift card, iPod, DVD/MP3/CD player, and more. Dinosaurs Alive 3D! is a global adventure of science and discovery – featuring the earliest dinosaurs of the Triassic Period to the monsters of the Cretaceous “reincarnated” life-sized for the Extreme Screen. Narrated by Michael Douglas this film features spectacular animation and a live-action story that joins renowned paleontologists from the American Museum of Natural History and their graduate students in the field as they uncover new fossils – including the remarkable discovery of what may be the oldest dinosaur ever found in North America. |

| Farm Days: Little Seeds, Big Tractors July 25–29, 2007 COSI brings the farm to the city for the third year in a row, as more than a dozen pieces of huge farming equipment are arranged downtown on COSI’s English Plaza and Washington Blvd. Climb into the cabs of tractors, a combine, lawn and garden equipment and more. Kids can test their driving skills on a pedal tractor obstacle course and make a seed necklace to take home. | Preschool Workshop: Flight! July 11, 18, 25, & 28th 10am - 12pm OR 2pm - 4pm Topic: Flight! Airplanes, balloons, helicopters...celebrate the Wright Brothers' discovery with things that fly - preschool style. Preschool Workshops are specifically designed for children ages 3–5 years (not yet in kindergarten) and their favorite adult to explore the world around them (adult accompaniment required). The workshop includes hands-on activities, a theme-oriented snack, exploring a related area of COSI, take-home materials, and lots of time creating, observing, and discovering together! COSI Members: $15 per child per session. Non-members: $20 per child per session. Adult admission is free. Advance registration required by calling 614.228.COSI.
