Why was my discount/promotional code not applied towards my online purchase?

Valid discounts and promotional codes will be applied after your order is submitted online and during membership processing. Your next bank statement should reflect your discounted membership purchase from COSI.

If your bank statement does not reflect the discounted price, it is possible that the offer used was expired. COSI will only apply current discount/promotional codes towards membership purchases. Multiple discounts cannot be applied towards membership purchases.
