The spring conference season has resulted in a flury of activity as far as GIS industry news releases are concerned.
Some of the recent news activities to occur in the last month that you may not be aware of include:
the governor of Colorado proclaiming March 26-29 to be "GITA Week" in Colorado; Space Imaging has established a unique
business arrangement "in principle" with ESRI appointing them a master reseller of Space Imaging products and service - keep posted
for more concerning this; and lastly, Autodesk has finally renamed their mobile workforce solution from the Beta test name "Maui" to
Autodesk OnSite - once again, I'm sure there will be much more about this in the near future. Here's a list
of what we thought we're the most interesting Geo-Spatial news announcements from the past month. (oh yeah... next week
we'll be providing some breaking news concerning a new Geographic Search Engine!)
