From The Editor
Much of our content is generated from contacts we make at industry trade shows. Last month we were in Huntsville, Alabama attending the annual IGUG, allowing us to meet up with the folks from Intergraph and mingle with Intergraph and GeoMedia product users. In this edition of our GIS newsmagazine we've summarized many of our findings from IGUG, additionally, we've come up with a feature on metadata - always a hot topic in the GIS arena - and we're also introducing a number of webmapping resources and educational aids to you. Something else we're presenting in this issue is a number of pointers to free GIS resources including data and software.
