Hello once again from The Geocommunity. Much of the buzz in the GIS Community this month is about the
ESRI User Conference taking place in San Diego, CA. next week (June 26-30). Like many of you,
we've been busy preparing for the event. We look forward to relaying much of the news from the conference to you
and hope that we get a chance to meet a few of you. We'll be busy at Booth #342 discussing our plans for the GeoCommunity
as well as handing out the coolest T-Shirts to be had at the event (and a couple of boxes of mouse pads too!).
I'm looking forward to the event and trust that there will tons of material to relay to you from the show over the coming
weeks. Some other things we are working on include some BIG changes to our website, additional formats for the news,
and a wireless, location-based feature article being put together in conjuction with the crew of the
WirelessDevNet.
ESRI UC 2000 Coverage -
Once again, The GeoComm crew, myself included, will be in attendance and exhibiting at the annual ESRI user conference.
In addition to hopefully meeting many of you, we'll also be mingling, attending presentations, product demos,
and meeting with industry executives. As usual, we'll relay our findings to you via our dedicated conference coverage.
Look for daily images, commentaries, and news releases.
ESRI UC 2000 Agenda -
We've condensed more than 50 pages from the conference agenda into a list of what
we think are the "must see" activities at next weeks' ESRI UC in San Diego, CA. Use this list to easlily locate
events happening throughout the week.
