GIS Law addresses legal and policy issues related to the GIS field,
including access to governmental data (FOIA, open records, charging user
fees), intellectual property, privacy and use of GIS as evidence in court.
The publication includes articles are written by lawyers and other
authorities, abstracts of case law, and legislative activity related to GIS.
