Images of Canada - CCRS
The Canadian Centre for remote Sensing (CCRS) has been continuously updating their "Images of Canada" Tour.
This is an excellent opportunity for users to get a birds-eye view of Canadian Landscapes. A nice, easy to use
graphical interface enables you to select a point from a map of Canada and an image corresponding to that point is presented,
along with detailed information regarding that paricual region's physical properties. Each image is also accompanied
by a list or corresponding NTS maps, meta-data, related glossary terms, and other related sections of the website.
The image below is the hyperlinked image gateway to the Tour used by the CCRS. Simply click on a point to
get detailed information and images that correspond to the location you selected.

Thanks to Mr. Cameron Wilson of the CCRS for keeping us informed of new activities at the CCRS. We look forward to
keeping The GeoCommunity visitors informed of new initiatives of the CCRS as we become aware of them.
