BARRY WOLFIELD, FORMER RAZORFISH EXECUTIVE, JOINS SYNCLINE AS CHIEF
OPERATING OFFICER
-Wolfield Brings Extensive Start-up Experience-
BOSTON, Mass.-June 4, 2001-Syncline, Inc., which provides Web-based mapping
solutions, today announced that Barry Wolfield, former vice president for
Razorfish, has joined Syncline as chief operating officer. In this role,
Wolfield will be responsible for guiding and executing Syncline's market
strategy.

president of Syncline. "His deep experience bringing early-stage companies
to maturity will be extremely valuable to us."

Wolfield brings to Syncline more than 18 years of industry experience in the
information technology field. During his career at Razorfish, he served as
vice president of startups, as well as vice president of global alliances
and new ventures. Before joining Razorfish, Wolfield created and led
Accenture's Northeast Internet Center of Excellence, a business unit focused
on defining and executing the company's entry into electronic business
consulting services. Prior to consulting, Wolfield spent 10 years developing
products and services within the technology industry.
Wolfield serves on the Board of Advisors for both Revenio, Inc., a
customer-relationship-management product company, and Nexus Global Partners,
a global venture-capital organization.
