3Di Names Controller
EASTON, MD (March 27, 2001) - 3Di, with corporate headquarters in Easton,
Maryland, announced today the appointment of Heather Moore as Controller.
Ms. Moore is responsible for overseeing all national and international
accounting and financial reporting functions for the privately held,
international spatial data solutions provider.
"Heather's experience and knowledge are a great asset to 3Di," said David C.
Elmore, 3Di's Chief Financial Officer. "She has what it takes to be a great
Controller. We've come to rely more and more on her leadership and
technical skills as we propel the success of the company into the future."
Moore, a native of Denton, Maryland, has worked with 3Di since 1999 as a
Staff Accountant and Accounting Manager. She has successfully managed
financial audits, implementation of a project accounting system and
accounting integration of two acquired companies. Her previous experience
also includes work with Pintail Point and Ward, Weaver, Mavity Associates -
an Easton-based tax accounting firm.
Moore is a 1996 graduate of Chesapeake College with a degree in Accounting.
She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in both Accounting
and Business Management from the University of Maryland, University College.
She resides in Wye Mills, Maryland.
