DIALOGUE EXPANDS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES TEAM
Sheffield - Dialogue today announced that Colin Rogers has joined the
company's professional service team as operations manager. Rogers, 35, joins
the company from EDS, where he was most recently responsible for the
management and implementation of the card processing system for Intelligent
Finance - the Internet and telephone banking arm of the Halifax Group.
In his new role, Rogers will use this experience - and previous work
delivering large projects for other UK leading financial institutions - to
manage and develop Dialogue's internal processes and procedures. Working
with a team of software and support engineers, Rogers will also focus on
complex customer implementations.
"The creation of this new position reflects the company's increasing
involvement in complex multi national projects - delivering SMS and WAP
messaging solutions to some of the world's largest service providers and
enterprises," said Hugh Spear, operations director Dialogue Communications.
"Colin's experience, particularly his ability to bring together the various
disciplines demanded by this fast moving area of IT, will prove invaluable
as we enter a period of unprecedented growth."
Before joining Dialogue, Rogers held management positions at EDS, the global
services company, for over 5 years. His range of experience includes
projects for the Midland Bank, the UK Employment Services and Girobank.
Rogers is married with two children and enjoys playing the guitar,
travelling and following football team Bolton Wanderers.
