 COSI Film & Photography Policy
Thank you for your interest in COSI Columbus. The facilities and staff of COSI Columbus are available for photography, film, or video projects that fit the following criteria: 1) The end product is educational and informational. 2) The product is used for a news segment for promotion of COSI, including TV or Radio. 3) The subject matter is directly related to COSI Columbus, its exhibits, galleries, events, programs, and its staff. 4) The project is not of a partisan political nature. 5) The museum cannot be used merely as a backdrop, i.e. for projects not meeting the criteria stated above. 6) If the project is for commercial purposes, a fee will be determined based on criteria of the shoot. Requests will be handled on an individual basis and must meet specific criteria determined by the COSI Marketing department. These policies apply to projects filmed at the science center, as well as interviews conducted with museum staff at other locations.
