- Parties must be reserved 3 weeks prior to event date; full payment required

- Due to safety regulations at COSI, outside food, decorations, balloons, and candles are prohibited

- Parties cancelled three weeks in advance receive full refund minus $50 cancellation fee
- Parties cancelled less than three weeks from the event date receive 50% refund minus $50 cancellation fee
