- Parties must be reserved 3 weeks prior to event date; full payment required

- Area is available 30 minutes prior to event time and must be clear 30 minutes after

- Due to safety regulations at COSI, outside food, decorations, balloons, and candles are all prohibited
|

- Parties cancelled 30 days in advance receive full refund minus $25 cancellation fee
- Parties cancelled less than 30 days from the event date receive 50% refund minus $25 cancellation fee
