Camp COSI Cancellation Policy
| 1-Day Camps |

| If you can’t attend your single-day camp, contact COSI at least 24 hours before your program. COSI will attempt to reschedule you into an open session. Refunds are not available. COSI can only reschedule a missed workshop once. |

| 5-Day Camps | |||
| Cancellations and changes must be made at least 10 days before the first day of any weeklong camp; a $40 cancellation fee applies. Refunds cannot be issued for cancellations made later than 10 days before the first day of a weeklong camp. COSI may cancel sessions if participant minimums are not met. Registered participants will be informed two weeks in advance and will receive a full refund. Financial Aid Financial aid may be available for qualified families. Contact COSI at 614.228.2674 or visit www.cosi.org/camp-registration. Sorry, financial aid is not available for School's Out Camps. |
