Gold STAR: Shining Team Achievement Reward Projects
STAR Projects are a way for accomplished volunteers to leave a legacy by creating something of lasting value that will be enjoyed by COSI’s guests and Team members.
Shining Moment Award
Shining Moment Awards are given to volunteers who have gone above and beyond the call of duty in their service to COSI on a specific occasion. While all COSI Team Members are expected to give their best, the actions of these volunteers have generated an exceptionally positive impression for the benefit of the COSI experience.
Gold Badge
When a volunteer has contributed 1,000 hours of service to COSI, a Gold Badge is awarded. Volunteers who earn a Gold Badge are inducted into the COSI Volunteer Hall of Fame. Recognition is also given for 2,000, 3,000, 4,000, and 5,000 hours. These volunteers truly embody the value of COSI to our guests.
